After years of exploring the villages, vineyards and lakeside towns around Villa Gioiella, these are the restaurants I return to time and again. Some are simple family-run trattorias, others are perfect for a long lunch overlooking Lake Trasimeno, while a few are ideal for celebrating a special occasion.
